Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for any paid features on Skip the Slot, such as premium job-listing boosts or resume-builder subscriptions. Reward points earned through surveys are not a paid purchase and are covered separately below.

1. Paid Subscriptions

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the paid feature.
  • Once a paid feature has been used (e.g. a job listing boost has gone live), it is non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

2. Reward Points & Vouchers

  • Reward points earned through surveys have no cash value and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
  • Once a voucher is redeemed, points spent on it cannot be reversed.
  • If a voucher fails to deliver due to a technical error on our end, we will restore the points spent.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via the Contact Us page with your account email and order details, and we'll review your request within 3 business days.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
